All in all everything was really good, had a luxurious stay for sightseeing and business trip. The room was huge and neat with a nice matress, and I slept very well.

Luxurious stay, we were there for 5 days. Ideal and pretty standard hotel, very amiable staff, loved strategic location close enough to restaurants and metro station, the old city centre, and underground and restaurants in the nearby mall. The breakfast offered was great for vegetarians or non pork eaters.

Good and magnificent location, a few steps away from everywhere. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe in the room. Good service offered.

During my recent stay at Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel, I was impressed by the prime location. Being close to the metro station Century Avenue and surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants made it so convenient for exploring the city. The view from my room was also delightful, offering a pleasant sight. I found the overall facilities of the hotel to be satisfying and well-maintained. The cleanliness and neatness of the rooms were quite impressive. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating in assisting me with any questions or concerns I had. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice roof top pools, a bit small.. Price pretty good for a five star. Good restaurants just steps away in 96 plaza.

Swimming pool was closed ( open only in suammer time!!! ) Internet not free but 100 RMB per 24 h, breakfest not included in quite expensive price. Generally I was disapointed

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with a major metro station just a short walk away. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. We also found it easy to get to the Pudong area. The hotel was just in front of a shopping mall, which was great for finding places to eat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the room we stayed in was very neat and clean. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the interior decoration was beautiful. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The acctual hotel was realy nice with good facilities close to subway and centre of the buissness district,however the best thing i think was the room really comfortable and kept spotlessly clean with big soft bed plenty of hot water and large windows overlooking the city plus the river,the view for the new years celebrations over the city was great all in all a nice hotel.

Not many of the staff spoke that good english but i suppose being in China thats fair enough they did try their best i got to give them that.

Staff very helpful and efficient, English very limited when ringing housekeeping or Concierge but ok at reception face to face. Room attendants very thoughtful even leaving notes.
